About this printable

This sheet prints six colourful bookmarks with targeted response prompts and a short writing/drawing space under each heading to scaffold comprehension and talk. Use them to teach response strategies (summarising, questioning, predicting, connecting, visualising, and citing evidence) and to give students a visible prompt when reading independently or in groups.
