The Green Zone - Ready to Learn
Calm and focused feelings Happy, content, and peaceful Ready to learn and make good choices Body feels comfortable and relaxed

The Yellow Zone - Getting Excited or Worried
Higher energy feelings Excited, silly, frustrated, or anxious Starting to lose some control Body feels more active or tense

The Red Zone - Very Strong Feelings
Extremely high energy emotions Angry, furious, terrified, or out of control Hard to think clearly or make good choices Body feels very activated - fast heartbeat, tense muscles

The Blue Zone - Low Energy Feelings
Low energy or tired feelings Sad, bored, sick, or sleepy Moving slowly or feeling down Body feels heavy or sluggish

Look at the emotion cards Decide which zone each emotion belongs to Sort the cards into the correct colored zones Discuss your choices with a partner
