Guided Role-Play
Form groups of 5 students Each group receives a different school dilemma Assign roles: leader, bystanders, conflicting parties Plan your role-play showing leadership based on Ngā Uara Present to class (3 minutes per group)
Independent Scenario Response
New dilemma: A classmate is being excluded from group activities Write your leadership response (3-5 sentences) Explain which Ngā Uara guided your decision What specific actions would you take? How would you ensure everyone feels included?
