About this illustration
A detailed, labelled educational poster explaining the Fact Family Triangle concept. The upper half shows a worked example with a triangle divided into three colour-coded sections: the top (yellow) holds the whole/product (8), the bottom-left (blue) holds one part/factor (3), and the bottom-right (green) holds the other part/factor (5). Four related number sentences are listed to the right: (1) 3+5=8, (2) 5+3=8, (3) 8-3=5, (4) 8-5=3. A colour-coded key explains the three sections. The lower half provides a blank 'Your Turn' triangle with four empty answer boxes for students to complete their own fact family.
