Who are the people in your life that you feel safe talking to? What makes these people special or trustworthy to you?

What is a Trusted Network?
A group of caring adults who you can talk to and ask for help People who listen to you and keep you safe Adults who respect your feelings and support you Your personal team of helpers and supporters

When you feel unsafe or uncomfortable When someone asks you to keep a secret that doesn't feel right When you're worried about yourself or a friend When you need advice about a difficult situation When someone is hurting you physically or emotionally When you're confused about what's right or wrong

You have the right to feel safe and supported. Your trusted network is there to help you, and reaching out for help shows wisdom and courage.
